Last weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of attending London's very first Make Joy event at Baden-Powell House in South Kensington.
Affectionally labelled as a ' one-day celebration of yarn and friendship', Make Joy featured a hand-picked array of the UK's most exciting yarn vendors and we were honoured to have been selected to display.
With only 12 vendors, we loved the intimate setting as it allowed us to directly connect with our customers and meant they had more time to spend with each vendor.
We were particularly thrilled to catch up with some of the attendees from our recent Farled Fascination workshop and the Knitting and Stitching show, who all stopped by to show us what they've made since with our yarn.
It was also lovely to receive some great feedback from our brand new base Veranita. We continuously work hard to source new bases so we were thrilled to hear that you've loved using it for your projects.
Overall, we had a spectacular time at Make Joy and it was wonderful to see so many knitting and crochet enthusiasts in one place, sharing tips and making friends.
Thanks so much to the event organiser Allison Thistlewood for asking us to be part of it and a huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to come and speak to us and of course, purchase our yarn. We can't wait to see your fabulous creations!
