The Harlequin Shawlette is a triangular shawl with two-colour mosaic stitch and an I-cord edge. It is worked sideways from an I-cord tab, increasing along one edge to the widest point before matching decreases shape the second half. Each colour is worked on its own for two rows at a time. The pattern uses Super Floof DK held together with Dashing Sassy.

Construction

This shawlette is worked sideways, beginning with an I-cord tab cast-on. It features an I-cord edging and a two-colour Harlequin Mosaic Stitch. Only one colour is used at a time, worked across two full rows before switching. The shape is created by increasing along one edge until the shawlette reaches its widest point, after which matching decreases are worked to mirror the first half.
