The Colour

Inspired by the grey mineral, which on closer inspection hides a rainbow of colours that radiate when the light hits it. Our interpretation is both neon and neutral, with a base of grey lilac tones interspersed with bright neon patches of yellow, pink and blue. Glimmerite is a surprising and eye catching colour.

*Please note the knitted garment is the ‘Helix Halter’ (pattern by Jessie Maed) in ‘Glimmerite. It is knitted using our Dashing Fingering and Kid Mohair Silk bases held together', this is for colour reference only and the final colour may vary slightly depending on dye batch.

The Base

Dashing Fingering is a 4ply yarn specially sourced and refined in South Africa using ultra-fine Merino wool, this makes it extra soft and comfortable against the skein and create a beautiful sheen that makes our colour-ways shine. A versatile yarn perfect for any kind of projects, especially lace patterns and special stitches as it has great stitch definition. Made using a non-mulesed practice.
