COVID-19 UPDATES

During these uncertain times our shipping providers may take a little longer than usual to get your order to you. We strongly advise that you use tracked shipping if you are an international customer, this way you can monitor where your lovely yarn is.

We are also receiving a higher volume of emails asking where yarn orders are, due to the smaller team and number of emails it may take a little longer than normal to get back to you. We thank you for your patience and will make sure to get back to you as fast as we can.

We are making sure to take all precautions while in the studio to keep everybody safe and well, this includes reduced hours and a smaller team.

We thank you all for your support and patience so far, we are forever grateful to have such wonderful customers!

Do you accept custom orders? 

Unfortunately, this is not available at this moment. It takes time and great concentration to dye each colourway and we prefer to plan which colourways to dye beforehand. However, if you are looking for specific colours feel free to get in contact and we can always make colourway suggestions :)


When do you restock each colour way?
All the repeatable colour ways will restock regularly. We will put update information on Instagram and in the newsletter so make sure to follow us on both to keep up to date, especially if you are waiting for something in particular!

Are there any colour differences between your photos and the actual product?
We take great care to deliver the best and most accurate photos of Qing Fibre products. However, the pictures are for reference use only.  Colours may vary on different devices and monitors. The colour also could be seen differently to each individual.


Why are there different batches listed for each colourway?
Though we try our best to make sure that our colourways are consistent, sometimes there are noticeable differences between batches. So, we photograph each batch in order for you to choose more specifically what you want, as you would in a shop.


Do you do wholesale to LYS?
Yes, I take wholesale orders. If you are interested in selling Qing Fibre yarn in your store, please contact me using the contact form.
