U.S Duties, Customs Fees and Shipping
DHL Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing (typically between £27–£35).
For all U.S. and international Express shipments, customs fees are pre-paid by us to help ensure a smooth delivery process. However, please note that in rare cases, additional import duties or local charges may still be applied by your country’s customs office. Unfortunately, these additional fees are beyond our control.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, a fully tracked delivery service. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
DHL offers a range of convenient delivery options, including:
- Rescheduling your delivery
- Receiving real-time updates by text or email
- Selecting a safe place for delivery
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, any shipping delays or issues are the responsibility of the courier. We recommend contacting DHL directly for the fastest resolution.
If your issue remains unresolved after contacting DHL, please reach out to us at contact@qingfibre.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
*Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our London shop. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays. This also applies to free shipping options.

Photo & Product Colours
At Qing Fibre, we take great care in photographing our products to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently on different devices and monitors, and individual perception of colour can vary. Product images are provided for reference only.
Hand-Dyed Yarn is Naturally Unique
All of our yarns are hand-dyed, which means that slight variations between skeins are completely normal and expected. Even within the same batch, no two skeins are exactly alike. To help illustrate this natural variation, each product photo shows three skeins of the yarn so you can see the range of tones that may appear.
Colours from different dye lots or batches may show more noticeable differences. If you are purchasing yarn to match a previous release or to complete an unfinished project, please rely on the latest product photo for guidance. For tips on working with hand-dyed yarn in projects where colour matching is important, please read our blog here.
