Let your ankles be frilled by this cute little sock! First work the sock in ribbing throughout, setting up stitches to later work the heel. Then shape the toes and heel in stockinette stitch. Next pick up stitches around the ankle and shape the frill using open-horseshoe lace and lots of increases!
