Snaking Vest / Mini Dress Kit - Melted Baby Suri & Fjord - Flying Saucer & Khaki

The Pattern

The Snaking vest is an A-Line camisole style top, featuring the signature stylish chevron as its core motif. The top can be further extended and increased to create a beautiful a-line shift-style dress, reaching any length of your choosing. This versatile garment is an absolute wardrobe staple.

This cutesy and versatile vest is knitted using two bases. Fjord in Khaki makes up the body of the vest. It's a natural and earthy colourway that is further ignited by the vibrant and daring KAWAII Flying Saucer. 

The Kit

You will receive 1x skein of Fjord in Khaki and either 1x or 2x skeins of Melted Baby Suri in Flying Saucer depending on your selection, above. 1x Suri skein will cover sizes 1-4 and 2x will cover sizes 5-9.

To continue to knit the Snaking dress, you will need to purchase additional skeins:  

• Size 1: Add 1x skein Fjord
• Size 2-5: Add 2x skeins fjord and 1x skein Melted Baby Suri
• Size 6-8: Add 3x skeins Fjord and 1x skein Melted Baby Suri
• Size 9: Add 3x skeins Fjord and 2x skeins Melted Baby Suri

Our Melted Baby Suri is an ultra-fine, brushed, baby alpaca and silk yarn. Perfect for fingering weight projects like socks, gloves, shawls and lightweight sweaters, Melted Baby Suri adds amazing fluffiness that makes your creations super warm and luxe!

Fjord is a soft blend of Lambswool and nylon, making it warm and hard-wearing. This rustic lambswool holds great stitch definition.

• Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
